Can I return a product from the online store to a physical store?

Items purchased online can be exchanged in any MUJI Australia store for any product, provided the new item is of equal or greater value and in-line with our Return & Exchange Policy For Online Orders.

Refunds for online purchases must be processed through our website, so our physical stores are unable to accept them. If you wish to return a product purchased online for a refund, you will need to submit a return request online. You can find the relevant article on how to do so here.
