Items purchased on MUJI Australia's online store cannot be returned in-store for a refund, however you may exchange the item in-store for any item of equal or higher value.
If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
- If the item you're exchanging for is of lower value, you'll need to add more items to your purchase to match the value of the original item, as funds cannot be refunded back.
- Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned to our online store, as we can only accept returns from the original order. We recommend choosing carefully before finalising your exchange.
- Please ensure you provide your tax invoice (not your order confirmation email) for the store to process the exchange.
- The tax invoice would be sent from no-reply@muji-online.com.au under subject "Your eReceipt"
