Why have I been refunded the wrong amount?

Please note to facilitate the return for a change-of-mind purchase, a fee of $11.00 for use of the prepaid Australia Post label supplied by us, is deducted from the total amount of the items returned.

Note: Change of Mind including but not limited to size too small/too large, do not like the product, no longer need. etc.
