Can I return/exchange a MUJI product I purchased from an overseas MUJI store?

Our Returns Policy is applicable only for purchases made in MUJI in Australia. We are unable to facilitate any return or exchange requests for MUJI products purchased from our overseas MUJI stores.

This also applies to our Electronics and Hard Shell Suitcase warranties.

If you require assistance with a MUJI product purchased overseas, please contact the country of purchase directly, as we are only able to assist with items purchased through MUJI Australia.
