Please check your order confirmation email to ensure the products you received match your order.
If you have ordered the incorrect size and would like to return the item, please submit a request via our Returns page. All returns will be processed as refunds, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for change of mind, or incorrectly placed orders.
If you believe the products you have received were incorrectly packed by our warehouse team, please contact hello@muji-online.com.au with photos of the incorrect products and swing tags showing the barcode for reference. We will be happy to investigate for you as priority.
