Due to the fast-paced nature of online retail, we are unable to intercept orders at the warehouse for amendments.
Depending on the progression of the fulfillment, we may be able to cancel your order before dispatch, but we can't guarantee this is possible.
If successful, a refund will be issued, and you will then need to resubmit your order with the correct items.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to clear back into the original form of payment.
If your order has been shipped already and you need to change the item, please submit a request via our Returns page. All returns will be processed as refunds, we are unable to facilitate exchange of items.
