Missing items
For missing items, please ensure you have checked inside all items in the order and checked through the packing materials.
Sometimes items can be packed inside another item for safety such as inside the Hard Shell Suitcase. Smaller items can sometimes be hidden within packing materials.

Damaged items
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty please email hello@muji-online.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage for assessment.
